Parkland Mall takes great pride in supporting its community.  As a service to the area, Parkland Mall does not charge local registered charitable/non-profit organizations.

Kindly complete this form to enable Parkland Mall to process your request and confirm a date.  Once your request has been approved, a License agreement will be sent to the contact person listed below.  Please note that space will be granted on first-come, first-served basis.  Please allow at 2 weeks in advance of your requested date.  In addition, Parkland Mall reserves the right to refuse any request which it deems in conflict with the best interests of our merchants for shopping centre.

A Certificate of Insurance (Minimum of $5 Million Liability Insurance) is required to be submitted with a fully executed agreement please see the requirements below:

All successful applicants will be required to complete and submit a post event analysis supplied by Parkland Mall/CT REIT.
